Gold 3 Support LF SERIOUS Team to join/sub for. Or SERIOUS Duo.

Title says it all. My MMR is much higher than Gold 3. I play a wide variety of Supports, everything from peel to engage. I am looking for a team that plays often.. VERY often. I am looking for players that average at least 4 ranked games a day (120 over the last 30 days as can be seen on OP.GG). You may believe this is common, but I assure you it's not. Finding 4 other players that play this often and stay consistent is actually quite hard. I am looking for a team that understands winning 55/100 games is to be expected, which means you have to maintain poise through 45 losses. I am looking for a team that views losses as a learning experience, not something to dwell on. I ward well, I understand every lane match up and I know how to handle being behind in lane. I am looking to grow with 4 other individuals, if you believe I could be a fit, post here and we can go from there.
