Mid Main but not prefed looking for a casual-dedicated 5's team

Hello everyone. Names Saviorselves. I am a anti-meta focused player (but not a troll xD) looking for a Casual or Ranked 5's team that has a strong communication (Voice+) and good heads on their shoulders. Rank's don't really matter to me because all Rank tells me is the amount of time a player has on his computer. I look for 3 things in a team: Communication, Effort given, and Adaptability. Communication is key in League, it does not need to be discussed in detail. Effort given is how active said team is in their activities, even casual teams play around daily, its not a question of game time, we all have lives we cant be on 24/7 believe me I know. Adaptability: Each player regardless of rank, mindset, or position should be able to get along with their fellow member or at least adapt around them both in game and out. I have been in teams before where everyone hates each others guts, but it worked thanks to that key detail. Enough of the boring stuff:

Play Style: Passive, glass cannons, anti-meta (but successfully)

Roles: All but support (can, just not a fan of it, I'm a carry type), Seasonal mains include mid, jg, top, and adc. Current Season main: Mid

Champ Pref: All, have all champs, 3-4 skins per. I'm anti meta, my Karma top for example has wrecked countless Nasus/Gnar/Renekton tops.

Timezone: Eastern Time Zone (NY State) (7pm~11pm workdays, a lot more weekends are able.)
