Silver/Gold ADC Looking for Team

I main pretty much all meta ADCs, almost out of silver, just based on how hard I can carry my team with my ADC mechanics. I'm looking for a semi-serious team that can push me to be a better player as well as compete in tournaments. I expect to be out of silver by the end of the next 2 weeks.
