Serious eSports Team Running Tryouts

We currently are a plat+ team all on smurfs. The reason for this is that we have 2 players that have moved here from korea that were placed in low elo in flex but are both plat in solo/duo

Current Roster: Top: THEak Jungle:TBD Mid:Selfz ADC: TBD Support:Basank

We are also creating a second team which is gold-plats that we will be running tryouts for also

Team Practice: We practice weekdays 5-11 EST with a few breaks for dinner ETC we do have subs if you cant make it a day or for a few hours weekends are TBD

What We Do: We play tournaments,flex, and scrim. Tournaments are 3 times a week and are prized. If there are any fees they will be payed for by the team.

Goals: The goal is by the end of the season to have everyone diamond 3+ in both ques some of our players have achieved this in solo que already and to win as many tournaments as possible. Our team's stream already has hit our goal of 1k followers its at 1.2k (twitch.tv/neonkarambit). Eventually we aim to push for challenger series/LCS but we must improve as a team first.

Coaching: We currently have a plat 2 coach who watches replays mainly but we are looking for an analyst and possibly another coach

Requirements: You must make most of our practice times, preferably have a smurf (if not don't worry I have a few), and want a serious team.

How To Tryout: If you do not have a smurf one of us will get on our mains and add you and play with you on there with recordings for the coach. If you do have a smurf which would be preferred, you will play a game of flex with us where we will see your communication skills and mechanical skill. Just add me on Nerf Syndra and I will get you a tryout asap

Things to note: All roles are available to try out for. If you are not looking for a serious and committed team look elsewhere. We are a serious team but we do have a lot of fun and mess around in champ select (not with picks no more teemo jg <3) but once were in game we only discuss the game.

Rules: Main rule is do not tilt and if you do please do not talk about it in game. I am very good at keeping the team off tilt as long as everyone follows the basic rules. Do not ever harshly criticize someone in game. Do it after the game it will not make a difference in game it will only tilt them.
