Creating a Semi Serious Ranked Team.

I'm looking to create a Semi-Serious ranked team with a friend, we are looking for a Top, Jungler, and Mid with a decent size champion pool. We are looking for a group of people who are willing and dedicated to putting the time and effort into improving as a team. We are looking to improve teamwork, communication, strategy and different kinds of team comps, solo queue rank doesn't affect the team as a whole as long as you're willing to improve as a team.
