Placements were not kind to many lol
Something to do with 9% of the League population being Plat+
That leaves 91% G1 and below.
G1 itself is at most 2%, so that's a total of around 11% of the population you're trying to access, of which the high 1% being Challenger and Master most likely don't particularly use the Boards or need to.
