I'm Gold V looking for a duo partner/ranked team

Hey everyone, Thought I'd keep this simple so, I'm a Gold 5 player who plays a lot of Top, but can really play any other role equally as good if needed to, I'm really friendly (and for that matter not at all negative or toxic), and I am looking for either someone to duo with, or even a ranked team if possible.
