People in any League

I am looking for anyone who just wants to play bots/normal/ranked and just have fun. (btw I am starting a new team)

I play Top and Adc so I am looking for people who play any lane. The reason I said any lane is because if someone is asleep/working/busy so we won't have a problem. As the title says I don't care what league you are in I just want to meet more people in League and have a fun time. (Btw I am sorta new to League, I started in 2015 and have been playing bots and normal games, and I am a level 30.)
