looking for a group of friendly people

looking for a group of people do not play ranked so I can learn how to play the game without being totally stomp in to the floor I'm only a level 11 I do have friends playing but there gold and silver and one of them is diamond so if I join them I'll be going up against people are that good and I do have a working microphone and I prefer voice chat I'm using voice to text right now cuz I'm very bad at writing and plus if I try to write something to somebody in the middle of a game I'm too slow to they will be killed before I'm done and I can't tell people what I'm doing fast enough and voice to text will not work in the game and now you can see why I'm looking for a crew as I do not want to get banned from the game for lack of communication
