Looking to start a ranked 5's Team

Hello, I am looking to start a ranked 5's team. Anyone is welcome, but I should admit that I am only a S5 ranked player so if you are bronze or low silver don't be afraid of applying.

Must have either Skype or Curse for communication; being able to be on one of those is a requirement. All roles are available, but you must be willing to play multiple lanes to practice or switch to when the time arises. Must be able to enough time to both practice throughout the week and play official ranked games as well, without obstruction. If you are interested please respond with the following information:
