LF Coach and sub top laner(will play)

First and foremost i am looking to fill my 10-man roster with one more sub in the top lane. Must be plat/high gold. no lower, no higher. Secondly, im looking for a co-captain/coach that has a lot of knowledge of picks and bans. if you think this is you add me ign- da8thwonda.
