LF ADC or mid Gold/plat solo duo que partner

Jungle main LF someone to que with in solo duo that primarily plays ADC or Mid.
It's easier to gank the carries and feed resources to carries if i'm queing with them. ive been playing since season 2 and consistantly been plat, gold 3 at the moment but wanting to start taking solo que serious again instead of playing with friends.
