A little about the team & players: CG Black is a diamond ranked team, our goals for the team is to gather synergy, practice, and become better at league of legends. I'm looking to create a new ranked team that will not just play ranked team games together but will stick together as a group of friends who just want to play league together. We will talk about the future of the team when we establish a roster as well as a schedule.

How recruiting will work: Post on this board and you will be contacted by me, filling the application fully is appreciated. We will be conducting a tryout where you will play 3 ranked team games. More information will be given after i have contacted you and you will be able to ask me any questions you have concerning the team or me. I will contact you if you made the team. We do have some quick rules posted here, because people that can't abide by these, do not apply.

Strengths: I can play all adcs except draven, so it doesn't take me long to adjust to meta shifts. I have prior team experience and have played in Compete League D+ for 2 splits. I'm good at feeding info to the shotcallers, such as cooldowns, intentions, concerns, MIAs, etc. I emphasize out of game communication on all of my teams, such as critisicm, schedule updates, team composition brainstorming, meetings, etc.
Weaknesses: Sometimes maybe too conservative in lane? Occasionally on past teams I've tunnelled on a call that I thought was a good idea and communicated it maybe too strongly to the point where I overpowered the actual shotcaller (I guess I just get too hyped up sometimes?). Also, I sometimes neglect solo queue, but this usually happens when I'm teamless and lose motivation for solo queue as a result. Joining a team usually motivates me to play more.

Strengths: I play most of the ADCs(even the ones I didn't list above), I can do well without resources or carry when I have resources. I'm a fast learner, always open to suggestions and constructive critics.
