[LFG] Looking for serious ranked team

Would like to find a ranked team that practices 3+ times a week (not including ranked play) with at least a semi regular schedule. I play every role with some competency, weakest being top, strongest being support. I am willing to put practice in on champs or roles. Ranked gold 1 ATM.

if you have a team of silver players and need a 5th, as long as we're all cooperating and learning sure, but I'm more interested in gold-plat level team
