Placement/Rank play Looking for ADC G/P preferred

Looking to finish placements and do some rank today. P/D support on a smurf account looking to get its placements out of the way. Looking for an ADC that I can trust. Can play Passive/Aggo/protect/poke. Jack of all trades on support, double up on mid/top if need be.
