Looking for a Consistent Ranked Team

Hello everyone! I came here just to collect a bunch of people who would like to join me in a ranked team. Now I've been wanting to start a ranked team for a while now, but nobody ever wants to play, or nobody is ever on. So, with that being said, here are my preliminaries to being on the team:

1. You must be ranked Silver 3 or higher
2. You can not be toxic and flame opponents/teammates
3. You must have a mic; to communicate on Curse, Skype, etc.
4. You must have at least decent internet.

It isn't many preliminaries, really. If you can't handle these, you aren't suitable for the team. If you do exceed these preliminaries, and are interested in forming a ranked team with me, add me in the client and send me a message.
