GOLD TEAM LOOKING FOR **TOP/MID**

"Groomed and Tailored" is a fresh new team looking to reach high gold-plat ranking.

We're looking for dedicated players who are willing to participate in team practice 4-5days/week from 7-11/12pm EST.

Practice starts with strat talk. Where we go over individual goals, team goals, team comp, shotcalling etc.

After start talk we jump into the rift (normal game) and test out the comp that we are running for the night.

After our warm up we take a few minutes to go over our individual decision making, shotcalling, tweeks to the comp etc.

Ranked time. We go and play ranked until it gets late and we do a small 10min debriefing session at the end.
