Silver player looking for serious ranked team (read)

I am currently silver 5 (dont play ranked that often) but if you look at my match history, im consistently doing well. I can do any role, but my best roles are adc and support. I can play at higher elos, add me with an offer, im very deticated and have voice comms (pref skype).
