Looking for put together Ranked Fives Team

I'm looking to put together a casual ranked 5's team of like minded old dudes like myself... I guess old in terms of LoL. I wouldn't mind having a larger team so people can just play whenever enough people are online. I am interested in winning, but this is a game and I'm by no means ever going to be #LCS. With that in mind I want people to have fun first and foremost and everyone is welcome regardless of rank. I know I'm not the only one out there interested, so if you are fill out the below information and hit me up.
