Looking For A team Who Competes In CompeteLeague (Mid/Top Laner)

Looking for a team who basically are competitive and competes in tournaments like Competeleague or any other Tournaments. I was Diamond 3 last month till I quit for a bit and played stubbornly on high ping and dropped, currently D5 but almost D4, yes my ping is fixed, I mained Mid since S3, so Mid if possible, if not then Top, I'm competitive so if you're not don't waste my time.
