i am a serious player my time is as flexible as i want it to be currently bronze and aim for gold short term, LCS long term anyways i would appreciate anyone higher tier player or a team that is willing to help me plz and thank you...

you don't even have that many ranked games played. Stop feeling sorry for yourself n help yourself. if u wanna improve you have to keep playing no matter what your rank is. At the end of the day it's about learning n getting better from each game win/lose

Watch more ranked games, really coaching is helpful when someone is willing to HELP you, not ask for payment. Watch the LCS, spectate your friends games and look for their mistakes, review your past games with LoLrecorded or Baroncam, to review your own in game mishaps, The power is all yours man. Its not easy, but it can be done with time a discipline. A coach is only viable if you are literally new to the game or just ignorant to higher tier play. [not saying you are] but yea, good luck brother.
