Looking for a group of people to play League with? Searching for a supportive community to improve your skills? The Art of Warfare (TAW) gaming community is for you!
What is TAW? The Art of Warfare (TAW) is not a ranked team. TAW is a gaming community, established in 2001, boasting 2400+ clan members (continuously growing) that participates in a wide variety of games, and is separated into 34 different games.
Why TAW? Finding a new clan is like looking for a new home. You want it to be a warm and fun place where you feel welcome. You may as well think of it as a second family to enjoy a past time with. If you are interested in becoming a member of our growing organization which has been around for 10+ years, you will find TAW to be a welcoming and accepting group of good folks who just want to enjoy the gaming experience.
What separates us from all other clans are our Chain of Command (CoC) and our Code of Ethics. Our structure is very rigid and organized. TAW has over 30 positions across the entire organization, each with specific responsibilities for their unit. By working together as a team, TAW officers ensure the smooth operation of the entire organization. Each position has very specific duties that they are trained on when they accept a new position. The Art of Warfare (TAW) is defined by its Code of Ethics. This is who we are. We hold our leaders and our members to the highest standards of anyone in the PC gaming arena. If you cannot commit to these standards, you should not apply to TAW.
Mandatory Practices In TAW, each game Division has two weekly mandatory practices. For League of Legends Division, on the NA Server, the practices are held at:
Battalion 1 NA East: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 9pm Easter/8pm Central/7pm Mountain/6pm Pacific Times
TAW League of Legends also currently is recruiting players for the competitive teams. If you are interested in more information to this aspect, please note so on your application in the "Comments" section!
Requirements:
- Language: Understand and Speak English
- Minimum age: 15
- Hardware: Working Microphone
- Software: Teamspeak 3 Client (free voice chat program) http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads
- Availability: Mondays and Wednesdays at 9pm Eastern Time for mandatory meetings.
Application Process:

- Verify your email and wait for approval (remember to check your junk folder for a response e-mail, especially hotmail users)
- If approved, complete a 10min audio quiz (link is emailed upon approval)
- Schedule and undergo a Bootcamp with an assigned Drill Instructor (DI)
