[EmVi] Looking for more players for Dynamic Queue and tournament play: [Top] [Mid]

The team has a core of 3 players right now: Jungler, ADC, Support. We need to fill in the gaps with a solid mortar that won't crack under the pressure of a decent night's play. Come win or lose, we need to stay focused and friendly. Voice chat is a huge component of avoiding tilt (it's hard to talk sh** than it is to type it) and as such is mandatory. I have a channel set aside for us, so don't worry about it supplying the server, just the client. (We use Discord).

Ideally, you'd have a nice voice to listen to (if we're going to be talking to each other for hours, I'd prefer it be easy to do), have a current S6 ranking between S2 and G3 (so we can all play together come promotion or demotion) and be willing to expand champion pools, try new builds, itemize against the damage, and do what needs to be done to win games. This may come in the form of various strategies, videos, meetings, etc.

I have my eyes on a couple tournament realms to test out, and I simply need the team to do so.

Other criteria to consider: Flexibility we have a rather changing schedule, as we work various jobs across the team. Usually we can play after 12 AM Central on weekends and week days fairly consistently. Sometimes my support and I will set times during a practice to start playing the next day. as long as you don't have a lot of commitments weighing you down constantly, this shouldn't be an issue.

This would also be a trial, or probationary period, to see if the team meshes well. If it doesn't, I (as manager) may have to intervene and shift some pieces around to ensure the puzzle goes together well. I understand that most player/managers can't separate work from personal, and I'll most certainly fall victim to it as well, but we'll adjust things as needed and find a fit that's best for the team, not just an individual, which may even include benching myself if I'm under-performing. I've done it before, and am willing to do it again.

This is a team of players that like the game, but try their damnedest every game to win. If you're a "/ff at 20" type of player, don't consider applying. You won't make it long on this team.
