We are currently looking for a head coach.

As a head coach you need to be able to do the following: • Have experience in viewing and editing google drive files. • Be able to maintain a department of coaches. • Be Diamond 5 or higher ranked. • Ability to help and guide other fellow coaches. • Be able to be an active member of the community.

Why do they need to be Diamond 5 or above? Is it because of "experience"? I'd love to know why people have the outlandish requirements for being a coach.

To be a head coach you need to be able to help the harder people that need help but if i may ask if you wanna be a coach you can come over to ts and chat with me and we can see what we can do.

The reason I ask is because I head coach a masters team and I don't see a reason why someone from at least silver shouldn't be allowed if they have the knowledge needed for the position. The mindset that you approached it seems is "A coach should be equal if not higher in skill level." Which is a faulty mindset. If that would be the case mind you, why not have the coach play instead of the players themselves?

In no way am I trying to be an "asshat" I am just pointing out something I saw and giving my opinion on it. I happen to be very blunt. If I offended you feel free to add me and let me know.

Our coaches are as low as Gold 5. We look at many different aspects when picking our coaches. BUT our head coach position we are looking for something that is higher up. We are doing this for multiple reasons. I would love to explain it to you better if you would like. You are welcome to come visit our Teamspeak and we can talk more about this. We would not turn down someone for coaching position just because of their rank.

I don't believe coaches are fully inclined to just make players mechanics better or improve. Tbh a lot of coaches are barely diamond, with the significant amount of pro coaches that don't even play League lol
