Plat 2 top looking for competitive team.

Hey guys! My summoner name is Schwazito but you can call me Cameron. I recently brought this account from bronze 5 to plat 2 in just a couple of months and I'm currently looking for a competitive team to join.

A little about me, I have a long history of competitive gaming and I'm setting my sights on league when it comes to serious improvement in hopes of coming one of the best. I was a professional Starcraft 2 player for a couple years and achieved a grandmaster rank in Overwatch for a while. I know what it's like to grind and improve, but I do this best with a team by my side to help me along the way.

When it comes to the game itself, I'm a very supportive player. I usually play tanky champions with hopes of outfarming my lane opponent and looking towards mid and late game to join my team for fights. My top 5 champions are Maokai, Nasus, Irelia, sion, and cho gath. I would be happy to pick up new champions and play styles as requested.
