Creating Serious Ranked Team Plat+ Season 7

Hey all I am a Plat ADC looking to put a team together for next season. I am looking for players who actually main there roles please don't say your a jungle main with sona, raka, and nami as your most played. I am looking for a serious group of people looking to put in work this offseason to 1 get to diamond and 2 play in tournaments. I will be looking into getting a staff for the team as well once we get off the ground and can get a consistent 5 that will play most days.
