I'm posting on behalf of the e-sports organization VooDoo Gaming. We are currently looking to create an amateur/low tier pro team with players anywhere from D2 up. If you're interested, or know of anyone looking for an org we would be more than happy to take a look at them. We currently have an OverWatch team competing in Tournaments that is Diamond and Masters, and we are looking to expand into league of legends. There is potential for monetary compensation further down the line based on performance, and we will be providing team gear starting this summer. Thank's for taking your time to respond, and add me in game for further details. I will be handling most communications through discord after establishing a roster.

We are looking for ALL ROLES STILL please respond with the following info if interested. IGN: RANK: CHAMP POOL (what can you play at a tournament level): DO YOU HAVE DISCORD: ROLE (only one please we will not be trying the same person out for multiple positions on the same day): PREVIOUS COMPETATIVE EXPERIENCE: INTERESTED IN BEING TEAM CAPTAIN?:

Let me mention a few things

  1. Master in overwatch and diamond in league are 2 polar opposites of skill, diamond in league (especially diamond 2) is much much harder to get
  2. Back to point 1, with how hard this is, why would those diamond 2 players wanna be managed and play for a silver team owner?

I'm not the team owner I'm posting on behalf of the org I said that in the post. and master in overwatch is the same % of the population, and I would argue is just as hard to get as D2 in league. The skillset required is different, and I am BARELY a gold player in League, and am more than willing to admit to that. But I am at a tournament level in overwatch, and am have competed against top tier teams. I also have friends who are Diamond in league and gold in overwatch, and have spent the time trying to get good at overwatch, but can't master the skills required to do so. They are to completely different games and you're comparing apples to oranges in an attempt to make yourself feel good about topping out in plat by trying to tear down someone else's accomplishments. I understand that the games are completely different, but managing a team is a skillset all of it's own. Just making unsupported blanket statements like the ones you made just make you look like an ass and don't accomplish anything at all.
