Looking for Bronze/Silver players for Season 7 Team.

Hello everyone, my name is Zer0 Aegis. I am looking for players to join a ranked team for this upcoming Season 7. You must be willing to practice, and should be able to play at least two to three champs for your requested role(s). A formatted application for you to supply me with the information required can be found at the end of this post.

Champions: have all supps... Nami, Zilean, Thresh, Blitzcrank, Bard, Leona, Sona, Janna, Soraka, Braum are my tops in about that order... i play a good variety of them.

I can play any role except adc fairly well.

Fair warning, i almost always press no on surrender votes. I see absolutely no reason for surrendering, and especially not at 20 mins unless someone is needing to leave.
