Why don't you just neglect cs entirely and try and fight every 30 seconds like bronze 5 players do. Also set up a rune page with no runes to make it so you don't accidentally win those fights too often. A new account shouldn't take all that long to get to b5 and that way someone doesn't have to lose 30 games with you to get there.
