Making a Plat/Diamond Level Team

Alright, here's the deal. I'm trying to get into coaching, so to get some experience under my belt I'm trying to put a team together. Currently I have a D4 mid laner on board. That leaves top, jungle, adc, and support openings. I'm not going to be overly picky at this point. I'm just looking for Plat/Diamond players that are coachable. I'm not claiming to be an expert, and I will make mistakes. I do have a decent grasp on this game though, and I'm hoping to work through any rough patches with solid, open-minded players. This post is obviously not the most structured, but this isn't some spur of the moment thing. I've been studying this game for quite a long time now, and I feel that now is a good time to try and put a team together. I would be looking for players to practice at least four days per week, but if they are able to put in more time I would be eager to work more than just the four days.
