Why do you want to join: To Improve. I'm not seeing an LCS future ahead(realistic talk) so to be honest i'd like to improve my game play by improving team play

Strengths: Very strong mechanically speaking and provide sturdy macro knowledge. I prefer not being the shot caller rather a secondary voice to provide information such as summoner spells and ult timers.
Weaknesses: I lack experience. I have not played very much ranked and I have only been playing for a year.
Why do you want to join: I would like to take League a little more seriously and really strive for higher ranks with a team.

Strengths: I am not toxic. I try my best to keep my teammates from tilting when they are doing bad. I usually look to make my lead from team play. I usually have the highest cs at 10 minutes and I will usually fall behind because I value being in the right place at the right time over my cs advantage.
Weaknesses: I am overly aggressive at time. Some games I just feel mechanically bad. I get tilted by being camped. I need to get better at killing my tower. Too often I push up the lane then roam so like 20 minutes into the game my tower is still up. On some champions I will fall behind on farm in the mid to late game.
Why do you want to join: So sick of being the solo player in dynamic queue premades. Which means I will never get a gank or get a blue and if anyone does poorly I get blamed for making us lose.
