Need Help Climbing ELOs

So, I was in B3 but recently got demoted. I was wondering if someone can duo with me or help me climb out of the ELO hole that I dug and cant climb out of. I just can't do it alone. Theres just too much to take in when you're in solo queue. So if you're available pls help me get out. I'm usually on 3pm-6pm then I'm back at around 8-8:30pm for 1 or 2 more matches. Thanks!!!!
