Infinite Gaming Scouting Grounds

Hello all! On behalf of all the staff at Infinite Gaming, I would like to present the first ever Infinite Gaming Scouting Grounds! For those of you not familiar with the concept, it is a week long event where we will take the free agents of the community and give them exposure to teams who are looking to round off their rosters. The main goal of this event is to give needed exposure to all of our free agents within the org, and help build up teams to be the most competitive that they can be. It will mimic the set up that Riot has done in the past. There will be 4 teams composed from all the players that sign up, and players who are not selected in the draft will be used as subs for the teams as needed. The 4 Captains drafting the teams will be members of the Infinite Gaming community who have been the leader of their respective teams for quite some time, and have insight and practice in the leadership role. There will be show matches between the teams throughout the week, with the setup being a double round robin. The two teams with the best record at the end of the week will progress to the finals match that will take place at the end of the event. The schedule for the event is as follows:

MONDAY, JAN 15th: DRAFT NIGHT (Streamed) and team practice

TUESDAY, JAN 16th: Team practice

WEDNESDAY, JAN 17th - FRIDAY, JAN 19th: Show matches (2 games a night, streamed)

SATURDAY, JAN 20TH: 3rd place match (streamed) and Finals (streamed)

The matches throughout the week will take place at 7est. The 3rd place match will take place at 5 est, while the finals will take place around 8est, or following the conclusion of the 3rd place match, whichever is sooner. To sign up, just follow these 3 steps:

So i misread the dates. i submitted 2 applications for scouting grounds.. i thought i saw it saying it was next week during christmas so i clicked no on the availibility on the first application. please disregard that one :D i am running on very little sleep right now LOL

Before I joined the Infinite Gaming organization, I was a loser. I was merely a young lad with no direction and no dreams to chase in this whirling maelstrom of chaos we call life. I had no friends, no drive, no place to call my home. It felt as though every day was exactly the same, the cogs of existence grinding on ad infinitum. I was just a wee mermaid flopping around in the cesspool of solo queue, one tricking her to staunch the bleeding of my heart with the waves of aquatic beauty that claimed to mend any wound inflicted. But even ebb and flow couldn't save the dps that had been dealt to my soul. The day I joined the ranks of this wonderful establishment, I found myself surrounded by some of the most amazing individuals in the league of legends community. This pantheon of heroes I could now call myself a part of gave me a purpose, and showed me the light that had not shone through the veil of misery I had been clouded by for as long as I could remember. I was no longer a boy. I became a man. I met some of the most fantastic players that I've had the pleasure of knowing, and I could finally look into the eyes of god and see a man reflected in them that I could finally respect. If you are struggling to find yourself on this vast rift in which we live, I cannot recommend Infinite Gaming highly enough. item 3070 Nami item 3070
