Serious ranked team lf for a gold+ adc

Hi! My cousin and I are looking for a adc to tryout for our team. We are looking for a adc that is willing to stick with a team and grow. We like to have fun but we always want to make a team and have a shot at the LCS one day. We are looking for a adc that is chill and get along with other people. My ign is warrioroftheage. Strats (I used to play professional Counter Strike, so developing strats for the team isn't a problem.)
Positive attitude, whiling to motivate the team, and bring up the spirit of the team even in tough times.
Always looking to improve, and learn new tactics, and play styles!

Weakness-

Mechanics on some champs
Positioning sometimes
Synergy with support, but that will come in time, since I will need to grow to the support I am playing with.
Not so much as a individual, but as a team, if the team isn't communicating, and tilting, it throws me off, so we need to be motivated, and learn to focus, even in tough times, there is always a way to win.

HEY! [: My name is Kevin, I am 21, and I have lived in Ohio all my life haha. When I am not playing League, I am working on music, both electronic, and acoustic/rock. Music is my passion, I am currently signed to a few labels, travel, and play shows, but likewise I am also an avid e-sport competitor. My roots are Quake, and Counter Strike, but I have bounced all over playing whatever games I could get my hands on. Some top teams I have played for would be vVv, Area 51, H2O, Banditos, SnA, Just4Fame. I like Nutella, Starbucks, and Lulu. That's it... (＾▽＾)

U have curse or Skype- I use both. I am always on Skype, I never close it so you can always message me on there, but for competitive play, I prefer to use Curse, or Mumble, cause of lower latency, and less bandwidth.

I really like your ambition to want to go pro! It's always good to have a motive like that from the start! I am looking for a team, for the long run, meaning investing my time, money, opportunities into the team, to help it grow.
