P/D Team Looking For Team Assistant / Analyst for upcoming Season 8 Competitive CL

I am the Top Laner of Optimal eSports Nova and we are current looking for a dedicated assistant coach or analyst. We are a group of highly motivated players looking to improve and push ourselves as far we can go. Currently, we compete in an organization named 'Compete League.' About the Team

Optimal eSports is an organization comprised of multiple teams orbiting around all Elos. Nova, the team we are on, often scrims versus other teams within the organization. The advantage of being apart of an organization is that we can have scrims and team needs met very easily. The team Nova itself has suffered many roster changes to flex synergies and build a very strategic and 'stacked' roster. Each member comes with a filled resume of accolades to show their worth to the team. This being said, we have a lot of ground to make up and improve going into Season 8. (General Info: We play EST most days 8 pm - 11 pm)

Your Role

This is where you come in. True defined roles can be negotiated once you're accepted. Some basic tasks and expectations you'll be asked to fulfill are as follows:

• Good Game Knowledge
• Able to Dedicated the time required to maintain the role (Flexible hours)
• Work well with others
• Ability to give feedback and discipline to others
• Review games played (scrimmed matches and CL matches)
