[LFM]Serious diamond team

Hi i am forming a competitive team. For now, it will be diamond and up to get the ball rolling. This will be a very controlled team whos underlying principle is to criticize itself. If players seem to be under performing/not playing at the expected level and do not show signs of improving it will be discussed civilly and a replacement will be found [which i definitely see happening (no offense D5s)]
