Creating a serious ranked team Silver 1 +

I will be organizing this team and cutting out all of the bs. You MUST be able to practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Est. This is just for the recruiting process, we will have more than just two days of practice. This is just an approximation, we could be practicing for longer. These days can be re-arranged but to start off these are the set dates. Obviously tonight (11-20-2015) I will be starting the process so I will be playing some try out games. You MUST have teamspeak 3. When the assigned Shot caller on the team says an order you MUST obey, regardless if he is wrong or not. I would like to play competitively and go to tournaments. I am very serious about this team but not a jerk so just play nice and be friends.

Experience (if any): alot of experience in 5s and team play but no one is ever committed to stick together

Weaknesses (give a genuine weakness): weakness is warding especially with new changes

Strengths: shotcalling, map awarness

Why should I pick you?: lot of experience, very chill, can help other members leanr and play well in a good environment as well as been playing for a long time so i own all champs and can help out everyone

Experience (if any): Yeah played on a few ranked teams.

Weaknesses (give a genuine weakness): I play a lot of hyper carries, and like to carry when I should use more team work.

Strengths: Win lane 95% of the time

Why should I pick you?: I'm in the Army and have a lot of experience with team work, and techniques to make a team work well together.

Experience (if any): Made it to plat 4 last season in a duo. Had a ranked team with ~100 games with the same 5. several online tournaments.

Weaknesses (give a genuine weakness): I have a tendency to over roam. Especially with a quiet adc

Strengths: my ward game is nuts, man.

Why should I pick you?: I bring a lot of team experience. I was a coach for years and have always been part of a team. I mesh very well with people.

Top three champs (in both roles stated above): JG: Udyr, Zac, Kha'Zix Supp: Janna, Annie, Thresh

Rank: S3, didn't try too hard for ranked

Experience (if any): Was on a team for a little bit that made it to Gold 4 as a team, but got kicked out when I was made unavailable due to certain circumstances which have changed.

Weaknesses (give a genuine weakness): I have a tendency to over-extend, and realize it too late. As I'm getting back into the game, I like to play a role that offers vast utility, and I think jg and supp work well for that.

Strengths: Like stated above, I like to focus on helping the team over kills (wards, timers, etc.)

Why should I pick you?: I'm a generally positive person. I like to have a "It's not over until it's over" mentality, and that has led me to win many games where it looked like we were done for. I become very devoted quickly, and can help the team out a lot.

Experience (if any): Last Team got to sliver 1 but we broke up
