Duo's Looking for Solid Jungler or ADC

Looking for a Solid Jungler or ADC high silver/gold to duo out with. I am trying to run a Season of Teemo and would appreciate a duo partner. Prefer Jungler over ADC as I never get any ganks during lane ever. I was almost Gold but the trolls and Teemo haters are real so looking for someone to get past them with.
