Looking to Start or manage a Plat+ team for Season 7

Will be looking for a full roster Plat+ to form a team for Season 7 consisting of 5 Starters and 3 subs. Will have to be Plat+ in Solo/duo and at least mid gold in flex. I will be filling in a slot until a full roster is created, then I will most likely just move to a management role to provide sponsorship, tournament entries, and running practices and scrims. Please fill out a short app just so I have an idea of the interest. Main form of Comms will most likely be discord. Once I get in contact with you Ill set up a tryout schedule so we can further proceed from there.

Ign: Zwanzinger Role: ADC/Jungle Top 3 Champions in that role: Cait/Jinx/twitch lee sin/shyv/noct 2 secondary champions: Know every adc comfortably. Very comfortable with any and every champion. Availability: Available whenever needed. Main role strengths (3): Very strong laner, i win lane with a good support 75% of the time. If i lose the lane, i can lose it Gracefully and not leave lane with 10 deaths. I am a very strong team fighter, and very good with late game decision making. Main Role weaknesses (3): If there is a fed rengar/khazix... That can repeatedly one shot me the entire game... i will not be a happy camper. (assassins really fuck me up if ahead). If i don't have a front line in a team fight i have trouble finding good positioning. 4-5 man bot lane at 6 minutes in... that gets me. What attributes can you bring to the team: I Motivate people to play to their best ability, if i know someone is strong in a certain situation i back them up 100%. I am a team player and i like to have fun on top of playing competitively. Previous team experience: I've always been a part of a team through out season 1 to season 7.

IGN: One Trick Ahri Role: Mid Top 3 Champions: Ahri, Aurelion Sol, Orianna Two Secondary Champions: Lux, Syndra Availability: Most days, any time after 3pm Pacific, but some days (very rarely) any time after 5pm Pacific. I can give a two-weeks notice to what days it'll be 5pm. Strengths: Map awareness, warding, roaming Weaknessess: Laning phase, low champion pool, kill participation Attributes: Although I play a very weak laning phase and have a low champion pool, after the laning phase ends I become a monster with Ahri. My greatest aspect would have to be my macro play; a consistent understanding of what objectives to take when, and what part of the map to be at. I also play a great vision control game, constantly warding almost every time my totem is off cooldown and buying control wards when I either have the gold (and slot) for one. To make up for my poor laning mechanics, I play a great roaming game, shoving the wave in so I can follow my jungler almost every time he ganks. On top of that, I also make up for it by having a low death count; although I won't win lane I won't lose it either, type of deal. The worst that happens is I'm behind 10-20 cs. Lastly, my teamfight mechanics are spot on. My champion pool is based around roaming and teamfighting. I know where to position, I know who to focus, and I know how to avoid dying in a teamfight. Team Experience: Not a consistent amount, but quite a bit. I've been practicing with a plat elo flex team the past couple weeks, but they're not that great.

Ign: Jhin Of Legends Role: Adc Top 3 Champions in that role: Jhin, Cait, Twitch 2 secondary champions: I play all adcs but if i had to choose two i would say Vayne and Jinx Availability: all weekdays mostly in the afternoon, i work weekends though so i cannot play until around 7 on weekends. I am eastern time btw Main role strengths (3): Dominant laner, csing, good positioning and awareness Main Role weaknesses (3): tilts at times, can be reckless if ahead, and bad vs heavy dive assassins What attributes can you bring to the team: large champion pool for adc, good game awareness, and very vocal Previous team experience: ran a team for season 4 and 5 as the captain set up practices and scrims with other teams along with recruiting players

I take a team setting very seriously. I bring a lot of knowledge of my role and lane into a game. Previous team experience: I have been on several teams and ran one myself, participated in scrimms and in person tournaments + online tournaments

Top 3 Champions in that role: Nami Janna Karma

2 secondary champions: Leona Braum Nautilus Taric

Availability: Open to discuss.

Main role strengths (3): Vision control, ability to keep ADC and team mates alive, passive-aggressive play.

Main Role weaknesses (3): Positioning sometimes, over aggressive warding. (Can't think of a third)

What attributes can you bring to the team: Map awareness, ability to communicate and put out info during game (wards placed, placement of champions, next objective needed to be taken), knowing what the next objective we have to fight for, understanding conditions for winning easier, open to learning and mastering more champions, much experience and game knowledge (played since season one), risky play maker.

Previous team experience: Not much, but I play heavy in the team work. Hardcore player, played in teams from another game.
