Crow Esports looking for support players

Team Blackwings (Crow Esports) are looking for a replacement Support. We are a team that practices every weekday at 7pm EST to 10pm EST, and have been entering the amateur tournament scene. Candidates should be willing to learn, be able to take constructive criticism while able to give it back in return, and be a strong self starter with the ability to consistently seek self-improvement. Plat V at a minimum is preferred - Will work with gold if you fit most of the qualities listed.
