Gold III - Support/Jungler - Looking for Team

Have only played Solo-Q and would like to get involved with some more organized gameplay. Although I tend to primarily play support, I can also play jungler and have produced healthy winrates with my two primary junglers. I do have a headset and can use whichever VOIP option is needed (e.g. TeamSpeak). Please see below for a listing of the primary champions (win rate %) that I use for each role:
