Mid laner looking for a 5's team

Hello i am a silver tier mid lanner looking for a team that is willing to put the work in to become better together, i have skype to communicate. More about me: i am a very friendly person. During game i try to roam as much as i can to get the team rolling when top or bot isn't doing so well, while still winning my lane 80-90% of the time. i would say my weakness would be spotting where the enemy jungler is going to come from. i try to help out jungle and support with a couple pink wards.
