Asking for help is definitely a step in the right direction! Honestly, asking for help is the hardest step, and you'll feel relieved after you've actually gotten some help.
This might be a good place to start. There are tons of people willing to help other players, and a lot of them are for free! (Don't ask for someone to look at your op.gg and tell you what to do better. It literally won't help anyone.) https://www.leaguecoaching.gg/
If your having trouble in laning phase, try these video's. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iko2tqmDpJQ
As for getting out of bronze, The honest answer is; Farm Better. Die Less. This isn't a cut and dry response, but it's literally true. One level is worth about 700 gold in stats, on average. If you die, you are losing out on resources.
You lose out on gold that minions would have given you. You lose out on experience, which your laners will have more of. You give your laners experience and gold when you die. You give your laners the opportunity to help another lane get ahead.
If you don't die and just huddle under your tower..
You don't lose out on experience. You will miss out on some of the minion gold. Your laners won't get free experience and gold. Your laners will be forced to miss out on minion gold as well.. or expose themselves to an easy gank from your jungler.
Sure, you might be behind after laning phase, but you won't be useless.
Now for the actual last hitting on minions.. Take a look at this site. http://mullinator.com/tools/cscore
If you are last hitting better then your opponent, you will get a huge advantage over them.
Let's pretend you are the mid lane. Let's pretend neither of you kill each other. You have an amazing 90% cs score by 25 minutes. Your laner has a 70% cs score, and 2 kills from bot lane. He got first blood. (400 + 300)
Who has more gold? You or him?
Let's find out. You have around 9.5k gold, just from those farmed minions. Your laner has 8.1k gold from farmed minions, and an addition 700 gold from killing your bot lane. Your laner has around 8.8k gold.. and probably around the same experience as you. He gained some experience in bot lane, but lost experience from the missed minions.
Now let's be real. If you adjust this same problem down to 15 minutes in the game, same ratio's. You will have about the same amount of gold as your laner.
So sure, his bot lane gank put behind your bot lane, and is causing havoc down there because they are down in experience and gold. If you were of to matched your mid laners gank into bot lane "counter gank", in most cases you win. You have more farm then your opponent at that point, and you'll either exchange kills in the bot lane, or everyone will back up and nobody gains anything. Of course.. since your stronger then your mid lane due to your excellent farming, it's very possible that your counter gank will simply kill off their team down there. It all depends.
League is about securing objectives. The more gold you have, the more chances you have to secure those objectives. The more objectives you get, the higher chance your team has to win.
When you are ahead in gold/objectives, your main objective is to keep that lead and push it down the enemy team's throat and continue making your lead bigger and bigger off of their mistakes. Either they give their tower up and defend the next one, or they die and lose their tower. The tower is going down in both cases, there's no point in dying and giving up all those resources I explained earlier.
Don't allow a coinflip chance to decide whether you are going to win a fight or take an objective. If you are not 75% sure or higher that you can take an objective, don't do it. If your 50/50 on it, don't go in. Wait a few minutes until you find something that is a sure thing. In all likelyhood your opponent will make a 50/50 call, and make a mistake.
Well anyways.. that was a lot of information for someone who gave me no information to work on.. and just kind of turned into a rant. xD
Good luck.
