I suck at this game.

Looking for help from a poor Silver 4 noob :( maybe some coaching or some free weed to smoke while playing SoloQ would be helpful. I've been down in the dumps lately and i'm tired of seeing my lp drop. :( There's about 400,000 of you that are better than me so if one person could give me some helpful tips that would be amazing. <3
