Starting a Ranked 5's Team LF ADC/Support/Top and Subs

Like the subject says , I am looking to start up a 5 man ranked team, I plan on it being 60% serious and 40% fun. I am a big competitor and like to win, especially in games where team work is key. I am hoping to find people who are as self motivated as I am to bettering there skill in the game, but can balance it with a good time. We will be playing a more practice style on weekdays from 7-10 pm central. I have a kid so depending on him decides what days it will be for me. Once we get a solid core I would like to start with some tournys and such.

I currently have:

I am a Silver 4 (unclassified role,Truthfully I am still learning champions and "mastering" roles. Right now I am mostly Jung, But once I decide what role I am officially in for the team, I plan to put a lot of practice into that role.

Silver 3 Mid laner- TF,Yasuo, and Talon

Gold V Jungler/Support (Depending on what we recruit( He has a large champ pool)

Potential Silver 3 Top laner Riven main ( He says he is interested ,but sounds wishy washy.
