Dawn eSports (Open Qualifiers To NA CS) Team LF Coaching staff/Manager

What staff we are looking for:

• Pick and ban strategist
• Team comps/Analyst
• Game Recorder
• Team Manager

Staff Descriptions:

Pick/Ban Strategist:

• Will go through pick and bans with the team, with team comps in mind that we would want to run.
• Must be on every practice.
• Must have at least D3 Rank in solo/duo this or last season

Team Comps/ Analyst:

• Will be in charge of creating team comps based on the teams comfortable picks.
• Will watch the team comps in game and take notes on wins/losses, and what we need to fix in those comps.
• Must have at least a D5 Rank in solo/duo this or last season and understand the meta and are quick to change with it

Game Recorder:

• Will join customs with us to record games
• Will send the coaches/analysts game footage to review on review days
• Must have at least 60 FPS in game on high quality
• No rank requirement

Team Manager:

• You will be in charge of setting up scrims vs other teams/orgs
• You will be invited to several scrim discords and have a weekly schedule of scrims
• Must have an open schedule.
• Plan 2 scrims a day, both being a Bo3 scrim
• No rank requirement
