[NA][S][Silver] Jungle looking for a 5v5 team

JG main LF a 5v5 team. I work best with a group that has communication. My stats are low because i main support jungler's and you can only do so much when 9/10 games you have a hard feeder. My Stats I main Tank>OffTank(depending on comp) Amumu, and Zac if Mumu is picked/banned. I'm very open to constructive criticism. I know I'm not the best but I've gotten better and work well with a team.
