LF someone pretty good at the game to help me improve

Norms or whatever, i dont care, just looking to improve. My main is gold, this account is high silver, i'd say im a mid-high gold player overall when it comes to what elo i start to feel like because a bit more challenging. Been playing for like a year and a half now and just feel like i've hit a wall where im not improving that well. Im not the type to blame others, im pretty honest about it and i think the fact that i cant get above gold means im just bad lol. So looking for whatever, want to improve. I'd say im best at top/jg, but mid is the lane i'd like to play as i enjoy it the most.
