How can you tell if someone have runes?

I'm a beginner and I'm wondering how people can tell that someone have runes on their stats. THANKS FOR ANSWERS

It's difficult, because you'd have to compare the champ's base stats to the player's current stats on that champion. It's unlikely that you'd be able to memorize every champion's basic stats.

Runes add a slight advantage, particularly to the early game. Even slighter in lower levels, because low-tier Runes are not as strong as the Runes you get at level 30.

I wouldn't worry too much about Runes, though. Shouldn't change how you play if enemy players have Runes.

Stats with no bonuses are bluish. Stats with bonuses are green. Look at items and compare to stats.

Nah man, their stats will be green at level 1 if they have runes.

I'm reading 👍👍.. Thnx guys.. and now I'm also thinking about those tiers.. What are those? Does it mean that If i will buy tier 3 my stats will be higher compared to tier 1 or 2?

Not green, they are lit up instead of dull.

Their AD will be green, and usually higher than 66ish. Same goes to AP, if its more than 0 then they have AP runes. :D
