Looking For Friends

So i'm looking for people to play/have fun to play with and that are just nice people, my current friends are just toxic and every time i play normal(don't play much ranked) all they do is complain and don't try because its "normals" and when some one beats them that flame and say that there just try hards and i just want some people to play with that dont flame and are cool if we loose(wont ever happen XD) but can also give me some tips.
